Payment Plan
Terms and Conditions
Starting a payment plan with WATN guarantees your ticket and your travel spot. Enjoy the of mind knowing your plans are locked in while you manage your budget. Take the first step towards your adventure today!
How does it work?
To begin your payment, a minimum deposit of 25% is required. The remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments starting from the date of your initial payment. scheduled payment will be automatically charged to your selected payment method Please note that full payment must be completed before any event tickets can be issued.
Refunds & Obligations
Our payment plans are covered by a 7-day refund policy. Once you begin a payment plan, you are to complete all scheduled payments. If you start a payment but can no longer attend, you are still required to fulfill your payment commitments Please note that name changes are not permitted on payment plans, and you may only sell your spot after your payment plan has been fully completed.
Missed Payments
If you miss a payment, you’ll automatically receive a reminder via email. You have 3 weeks to catch up on a missed payment via your account. If not paid within this period, your place will be cancelled automatically. All money paid will be lost, and you will still be required to pay any outstanding balance. If your place is cancelled due to missed payments, you will not be able to use the payment plan for 12 months.
